The Future Pilot Training Program is a structured, life-changing aviation training and career development opportunity designed to turn passionate individuals with zero flying experience into fully qualified commercial pilots — the next heroes of the sky.
Offered by Charity Capital Partners in collaboration with its associate entities and in partnership with approved global aviation training organizations, this program responds to the growing global demand for professional pilots by identifying, training, financing, and placing high-potential candidates into the aviation workforce.
Unlike traditional pilot training pathways, this program actively removes the financial barrier by linking all qualifying candidates to credit facilities capable of covering the full cost of training. Successful graduates will transition directly into First Officer or Second Officer roles with partner aviation firms upon completion.
